4. Is Gaviscon suitable for children?

Gaviscon Original and Gaviscon Dual Action are suitable for children over the age of 6 years. Gaviscon Double Strength is suitable for children over the age of 12 years. 
Gaviscon Infant Sachets are suitable for Children over the age of 1 year of age. Gaviscon Infant Sachets are not to be used in infants under 1 year of age, except under medical supervision.

5. Can you suffer from both heartburn and indigestion?

It is a condition caused by gastro-oesophageal reflux (also known as GERD - utilising the American spelling 'esophagus'). Symptoms include those of heartburn and regurgitation. It is often associated with weakening of the muscle which controls entry of food into the stomach.
